Hope 4 You CDC is provide meals during this season. An important part of holidays is sharing a meal together with loved ones. The Hope 4 You Holiday Food Box Program matches donors with families in need with items such as ham, turkey, potatoes, milk and eggs, bread, dessert and other items to make a full holiday meal.

How To Help:
Donate money. If you are unable to shop for and/or pick up and deliver a box, please consider donating financially. Sponsors may use our fast and secure online form and designate their donation for this program. Or, checks may be mailed to Hope 4 You CDC, P.O. Box 1289 Rialto, CA 92377. Please put “Holiday Food Boxes” in the memo. Each box costs between $100 and $150 depending on the size of the receiving family.
Purchase food and deliver boxes. We need people to shop for groceries and deliver to families’ homes, click below to sponsor a family. Please view the shopping list and delivery instructions provided with this packet.
Once you sign up, you will be sent your sponsored family’s information.
Pick up and deliver boxes. If you are unable to purchase food, we need people to simply pick up food boxes from Hope 4 You and deliver to families on scheduled days Nov. 17, 19, 20 and Dec 20-22. go online to hope4youcdc.org to sign up or call
